• Finalize the standardized company email signature.

• Confirm logo, title, phone number, and website are accurate and consistent.

• Test functionality across desktop and mobile platforms.

2. Company Phone Lines and Voicemail Setup

• Confirm phone system is fully operational.

• Record and upload the professional voicemail greeting.

3. Photo Shoot – March 7, 2026

• Confirm location and time.

• Prepare outfits aligned with brand colors.

• Ensure all necessary branding materials are available.

• Develop a shot list (team photos, headshots, candid shots, workspace images).

4. Complete Reading: Book of Job

• Finish reading by March 9, 2026.

• Review discussion scheduled for March 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

• Come prepared to discuss key themes and insights.

5. Daily Noon Prayer for GSN

• Pause daily at noon to pray as a community for GSN.

• Please set a personal reminder if needed.

6. Continue Refining Elevator Speech

• Strengthen clarity and alignment with our mission.

• Practice both 30-second and 60-second versions.

• Seek feedback to ensure impact and consistency.

7. Update Shared Calendar

• Add team birthdays, anniversaries, days off, and other key dates.
